The criteria of candidate as below : 1. Good personality 2. Good English 3. Good Competrency - IP 3.0 or more wl be preferred 4. Familiar with International Safety Management Code and International Ship and Port Facilities Security Code 5. Familiar to operate computers 6. ETC. Additional crew need urgent 1.
